Returns within 30 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt can be exchanged, refunded to your credit card, debit card or credited to your account.

Return and Product Exceptions

For defective or broken merchandise contact the manufacture as all products are warranted only by the manufacture.  If contact information in needed contact Forge Survival Customers Service.

Any returns of Sterling Silver Ingots will be exchanged for at daily spot silver price + 15% restocking fee.  Call or email customer service for pricing.  Purchases made with store credit will be refunded as store credit.

Special order returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Cancellations may be subject to 15% restocking see.  Forge Survival Supply reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.  Purchases of weapons (pepper spray & knives) are subject to local laws and restrictions regarding shipping. 

Returns of merchandise after 30 days in Virginia and Colorado from the date of original purchase with a receipt: Sales tax will NOT be refunded. Sales to Colorado and Virginia will be charged on all transactions.  Customers will be issued credit for the purchase price of the item(s) only. PLEASE NOTE: Even exchanges of merchandise are not affected by this rule.
